How to disconnect Meta and delete your data

Step 1 — Disconnect the Meta connector in AttributionOps

1. Sign in as the workspace owner or an admin.
2. Open Connectors and find the Meta Ads card.
3. Use the pause (trash) action on the card. Behind it the app calls DELETE /connectors/{id}.

What that changes: the connector's status becomes paused and scheduled Meta syncs skip it from the next run on. What it does not do: it deletes nothing. The following remain in our database until you ask for deletion in step 2:

• the connector record, including the encrypted access token
• the sync history of that connector
• the daily insight rows already synced
• the campaign structure snapshots already synced

Step 2 — Ask us to delete the stored data (or your whole workspace)

A self-service deletion button does not exist today. Send an e-mail to yusuf.can@mieko.com.tr from the workspace owner's address and say which of these you want:

• Meta connector only: we delete the connector record with its encrypted access token, its sync history and the Meta metrics synced for your workspace.
• Whole workspace: we delete the workspace, its users, every connector and everything synced for it.

Deletion is done by an operator and we reply from the same address when it is complete. We do not send an automatic confirmation.

Step 3 — Revoke the authorisation on Facebook

On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find “Attribution Ops” and remove it. Meta invalidates the access token immediately; even a token we still hold can no longer read anything. You can do this step at any time, before or after steps 1 and 2.
