Terms of Service

1. The service

AttributionOps is provided by MİEKO BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ AŞ (Türkiye). It reads advertising and commerce data from the platforms you connect and reconciles them. It does not place ads, change budgets or modify your store.

2. Your account

You create a workspace for your company and invite the people who may see its data. You are responsible for the credentials you connect and for the people you invite. Connect only accounts you are entitled to share with us.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to access data you are not authorised to access, to circumvent a platform's terms (including Meta's Platform Terms), or to interfere with the service's operation.

4. Data

What we read, what we send, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data deletion page. The data stays yours; we process it only to provide the service to you.

5. Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is. Figures shown depend on what the connected platforms report; when a figure is missing or cannot be trusted the product says so instead of showing a number. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MİEKO BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ AŞ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Ending the service

You can disconnect a platform at any time in the app and ask us to delete your workspace by e-mail. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms after notifying its owner.

8. Governing law and contact
